Documents Required For Student Registration

  • Copy of the student's passport + Resident Visa + Emirates ID
  • Copy of the parent’s (mother & father) passport, Emirates ID
  • Copy of family book (for UAE nationals)
  • Vaccine card
  • Birth certificate
  • Copy of final report card from previous school
  • Attested copy from Ministry of education of transfer certificate for any student who will come from school outside Sharjah
  • Medical file from previous school
  • Students from government schools should submit a school leaving certificate and report card duly attested by the Ministry of Education
  • If a student is transferring from a school located outside the UAE, the report card and transfer certificate should be attested by:
    • Ministry of Education of his/her country
    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs of his/her country
    • UAE Consulate in his/her country
  • 2 recent colored passport size photograph

Payment Mode

We accept payment by cash cheques or credit card.

  • 1st installment is paid to reserve child’s seat in admitted Grade before the beginning of the session 10th Aug 2025.
  • 2nd installment is to be paid on or before 15th December 2025.
  • 3rd installment is to be paid on or before 15th March 2026.
  • A charge of AED 500 will apply for each cheque returned by the bank. In the event of two (2) returned cheques, the school will require all subsequent payments to be made strictly via cash or electronic transfer. The first fee installment for Term1 must be paid before the start of Academic year along with post-dated cheques (PDCs) submitted for Term2 and Term3 fee. Manthena American School will comply with the refund policies and procedures outlined by the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).
